I'm trying to sell my old sub & amp. Not so much online. I'm just putting it out there among my friends and people who work with me. I was going to keep it as a back up, but f it. I don't need it taking up space.
Anyway, it's a Kicker CVT (shallow) 12" 4ohm in a custom ported box. I belive it's about 2 cubes. 13"x 15"x 16". Port is about 12" wide and 2" tall. (The measurement does not include port) ZX400.1 amplifier w/volume control. Sounds great. Subs in good condition. Looks like new. I know the amp is underrated for the sub but I got screwed when I bought it. The guy who built the box was supposed to sell me a 2 ohm. I never knew it wasn't a 2 ohm until recently when I pulled the sub out of the box to rob the wire from inside. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif
I guess that's why I always felt the sub wasn't hitting as hard as it should.
But it filled up my Tahoe for a while. Sounds good.
Anyway, I'm asking $200 for the sub, box and amp. I'm not splitting them up. I just want to get rid of it all.
Does this sound like a good deal? Am I asking too much? Am I low balling myself? Whatever happend to Right Said Fred? Answers to any or all of these questions would be appreciated. Except the last question. I don't really care. And if you know I'll just make fun of you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
Thanks.
