Good Mono Amp to power 2 L7s

Im planning to get 2 12L7s from ebay for $439.99

And i dont want to spent too much for an amp. Was wondering what is the best and cheapest amp that can be powerfull enough to kick these suckers.

I perfer a mono amp and my limit is $300 or lower..I know that brand names are a factor when choosing an amp..but right now i just want an amp (whatever brand it is) that is well trust meaning wont blow on me, last long and within my buget range.

Any suggestion???
