hey thumper im glad to see another jl audio man out there. what genere of w3s do you have the old or the new v2s??? single or dual voice coil??
i just recently got a set of the new w3v2s and im having box trouble that is producing the same effect. the last set of 12s i had did the same thing (which i found out later they had a hole in the suspention co my advice is to chech the outer foam suspention for holes no matter how small they will o the same thing.
