Through the floor and to the frame.I have a 97 blazer and need to find a good grounding spot, its a 2dr and i have the amp mounted on the back of the back seats...
x2 i did this to my 4 door 99 blazeri just un did one of the star bolts holding the back seat down and scraped it clean. but i also have a second run for my batts ground. one way or the other it will find the path with least resistance.
thats probably what i will do, i might do the frame on the next setup but this is just a semi-temp setup for now...thanks for the replies
/giggleIf you are planning on going to the frame in the future, why not go ahead and get it done? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif
Its not as hard as people think. Just go to the hardware store and buy some flexible conduit, and a bulkhead fitting. Pop a hole in the floor, i like to use a step drill, mount the bulkhead to the floor with the nut provided, run the wire thru and bolt to frame... permanent professional low-resistance rear ground point.
