Good Deal?

Do any of you guys think that a pair of JL Audio 12W3 V2 for $300 is a good deal?

On eBay, its $30 cheaper...

The only thing is though is that the ones that are on Ebay are 12w6's and the ones that I am looking at are 12w3's and they can opperate in a bigger sealed box than the w6's. But thanks any way. And do you think that they are a good deal. This is through a local company. And that is including tax.

If it's through a local company, I'd take it. The warantee will be easier to use, and you won't have to pay shipping.

The price sounds good to me.
