edead v1 any good

OK I was looking at the edead v1 for my trunk lid and trunk side panels, is this a good sound deadener? At only $1.50 per square feet it looks like a good deal.

Also is there a such thing as rubber washers that I could use for my licence plate so that they'll stop buzzing? Is sound deadener removable?

It'll work, but you get what you pay for...being a Peel & Seel derivative, it has a lower heat tolerance than other deadeners.

RAAMmat 60 BXT @ $1.60 a sq. ft is a much, much better product.

OK I'll go with the RAAMat it's onlt a 10 cent difference plus I don't have alot of area to cover anyways, but what about the licence plate?

not sure, and yes its not hard to apply just time consuming

Raammat has got to be one of the easiest products to apply. I've used them all!

To apply it, you need a hair dryer/heat gun, and a wallpaper roller or something similar. There's an excellent tutorial on this site to help you apply it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif It's really not that bad; I'm going to be deadening both my doors in the coming weeks.

For the license plate, you could use a scrap of the stuff you use for your doors, and stick it right to the back of the plate //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Rubber washers, like you said, would also isolate the plate from metal if it's directly touching.

SS Damplifier is currently $1.75/sq. ft with SIN's 25% discount, but usually it's a lot more...closer to $2.
