i heard most alarm systems ****...just cut a wire underneath the car and bam no more alarm

That's were the installation comes into play. Poorly installed alarms are easy to disable and get by......but a true professional should leave no wires easily accessed or easily identifable as being an alarm wire.

If you are looking for two cheap subs check out the mtx thunder 6000s. For the price, they can't be beat. For cheap amps, i recommend clarion. They aren't very powerful, but they are extremely clean.
