good comps?

You get what you pay for. What are you expecting out of a comp set that costs $77?
true in some ways but false in others...all depends on your install...you can make cheap comps sound great and expensive sound awful

well for my whole system im looking to spend about $500...I have more money but i like to save and im always afraid of it getting stolen //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

having someone on forums build me one

amp kit=20-40

not sure here either don't know which one to get?

that sound right?

Well, since you're on a forum... I'm going to suggest a different approach. Get less parts, but better parts. Those amps are not that good, the subs really aren't either, and the C6's aren't much of a DLS setup. When someone said lower end DLS, I don't think they meant the Classics (maybe...) at least the Magnesiums for 2 bills?

How about a good set of coaxes, a single sub, and a good 4-channel amp? You can do that for $500. Then later you can jettison the coaxes or use them for R fill...

How about an MTX 12" in a box, a Kicker 4-channel amp, and a set of MB Quart Discus coaxes? Last time I checked you could get all that at onlinecarstereo for under $500. Better gear and better sound too.

I can understand being on a budget and wanting to bump asap, but I would recommend saving your cash on each item as you go along and get some quality stuff, that way you wont have to upgrade later on and spend even more money. It pays off in the long run trust me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imo.gif.3a57bcc70a4835dc53e86ffae1a0b041.gif
