Good Beat making program?

Reason is good, but but the Orkester Soundbank gets annoying after a while. So get a midi controller if you really want to use it, and a sound rack too (trust me). Fruity Loops is easy to use, but the factory samples are paper thin. So you'd have to STILL get a midi controller and buy some sample disks to run it. Basically your best bet would be to get a nice keyboard with midi capabilities, and an Akai MPC...ftw. Roland Fantom X8 if you were wondering which keyboard to get //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i've tried that Sony Acid one, it was lil to complicated for me
Yeah, it definitely depends on the person. I've tried a few different programs and Acid seems to work best for me and it's a plus that I can use it to record my songs too. I prefer it over Cool Edit Pro or whatever Adobe changed its name to.
