Good amp for budget SQ setup

I'm looking for a good amp for my budget SQ setup.

For now the front stage is going to be a set of Image Dynamics CTX65cs' so I'd like the amp to be 100-125w RMS. I'm looking for a 4 channel so I don't have to upgrade amps in the future when moving to work on the rear stage but I wouldn't mind grabbing a 2 channel for now if that's what's best for my budget.

I'd like to spend no more than $300, but if I can get a clean amp with good specs for under $200 that would be ideal since I'm already spending way more on this setup than I wanted to.

Edit: I'd also like something that runs cool because it's probably going to be placed beneath one of my seats.

What are your opinions?

Not really, I mean it can't be gigantic, but I have a good amount of room under the rear seats. If I need a ton of room I could do a false floor in the back no problem.
