Good amp choice?

Hi all, im looking for an amp that will power one Dayton RSS265HF-4 now and down the road a second one.

The ones im looking at are the Hifonics Txi 1008D, the Phoenix Gold R8.0:1, and the Kenwood KAC-9104D. Will all of these power the subs well? Which would you prefer?

If someone has a link to a place that explains the power ratings for subs and amps a little i would love to read up on it some more, i just cant find much that makes sense heh. Thanks for all the help you guys have been giving me.

The Kenwood would be better.

As for the power ratings... it's simply how much power a driver can take with out exceeding it's mechanical limitations or it's thermal limitations.

RMS = Root Mean Square, IIRC, which is basically the average amount of power is either produced, or can take.
