Good 4 inch Speakers

Hey im upgrading my cars audio system and am looking into some new front speakers. I want something decent for not to much money because I'm not sure how long my car is even going to keep running. I will run them off my head units amplifier that puts out 18 watts rms. I was thinking about something like this http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=13210 . Are those any good? What would you suggest? Thanks

What kind of car is this going in? And where are the 4" speakers located?

It's a 92' saab 900 and they are located on the dash.

I was going to suggest a XTANT XIS2.4 set fot $50...call these guys:

But deck power may not be enough. The Alpines looks better for that application.
