I don't see a reason to file a claim yet.
When? When you feel they are not doing their best to satisfy you and you have given them as much time as you feel is right.

I just think that all the other front camber kits ordered that day were shipped but mine hasent even gotten to ups yet. This is my first purchase from ebay so I guess I'm a little paranoid.

Yah I'd be concerned also. Something is definately wrong on their end.

The good thing is they are responding to your e-mails. It is not likely that they will just blow you off at this point.

I have brand new struts on there they wont go out for atleast 40k miles from now and then I should have some money to upgrade them.
