I got it 5 seconds before I saw this thread about 2 minutes ago.

I get it all the time, all times of the day.

The problem is this:

Currently Active Users: 868 (256 members and 612 guests)

These spambots are jackin the server up.

I bet post count is also correlated to time spend on the site and likelihood of getting 'server busy' message.
