golf cart question can you help?

hello, I recently bought a 1983 club car golf cart, and I need to know exactly what parts I may need, it came with an easy go charger the crows feet 2 prong type, as this is the same kind of receptacle on the cart.. The problem is, on the receptacle on the cart, the positive battery hole seems to have two prong type things blocking the plug from inserting properly any advice you can give me and suggest what parts I need if any at all, thanks so much for your help on this matter, toby

does it require the bar on the bottom for the ground? some plug ins wont let the the top 2 prongs go in without the ground bar

usually the charger and the cart need to be the same brand because the plugs are a little different. ask a few golf courses in the area- they might be able to find the right charger for the cart. otherwise, just play the game the real way and walk.

We aren't using them to PLAY golf...we are starting to restore and sell them, no bottom ground pole on this terminal just pos. and neg. the plug and receptacle are the same kind (brand) simply on the rec. there are two prongs blocking entry of the pos. plug......strange i know thanks guys anyone else?
