Going to jail soon. Need some advice.

Hey guys, i'm going to jail soon and i need some advice. So i'm pretty sure i'm going to get *****. My friends say i look like a young Owen Wilson and i'm in pretty good shape. I also have a nice ***. This is a big problem because the school im going to be going to when i get out has hard plastic chairs and when i called up they said they would not provide cushioning of any sort. I'm just saying that i'm pretty sure i'm going to be sore for a while after i get out and dont really want to carry around a doughnut with me because its sort of embarassing.

Do any of you boys that have been in the 'system' before have any advice? Like avoid licking my lips or puckering them or something?
