Going into protection mode when sub switches notes?

Right now I've got 2 RE XXX 18's in a sealed box. The amp I'm pushing them with is an Audiopipe ap30001d. I've got big 3 w/ 0g along with every other wire 0g. I've also got a yellow top and a stinger spv44 cell battery. My gain is turned at about 35% right now, lower than when I had my one 15" BTL hooked up. When I play songs with louder bass in them (ex-Stickem B-Legit), when it starts to hit the lower notes I can look at my amp and the red light comes on for everytime it changes notes. It even misses notes sometimes. Is this a voltage problem? I've checked my battery connections and they all seem to be intact. I've got the amp and the stinger battery grounded in different areas. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Well they're dual 2 ohms and wired at 2 ohms. I am going to take them out and check them just to make sure. Since the AP30001d can do 2 channels at 1500rms for 1 ohm, should I just individually wire the subs to each channel? Or would it not make a big difference?
