going back to prison

im drunk and tired of reading about your shittay life - hopefully something straightens you out already, Im certainly not impressed.

edit I did read the thread and this one sounds like its not your fault, so hopefully it works itself out, I hate drunk ppl messing with sober ppl.

Yeah... they won't send you to the sausage farm... they might extend your parole or something
good for me, they can't. i kill my number soon. without a new crime, they can't give extra. i never did get good time due to a violent crime, so they can't take that either.

Good luck w/ P.O.....I got of DOC in 07/06 and never looked back. to me it sounds like u where in the wrong place at the wrong time. How much Parole time do u have left? Here in Illinios if the Parole Ofcr revokes your parole you get day for day which sometimes isn't that bad but being out sure does beat fighting a case behind bars.I hope u the best of luck I hate seeing people get locked up unless they're like some pamper peelers or ****** predators.

Same office I'm at. I had Gary Pacheco for 2.5 yrs, I just got a new PO, and I cant remember his name for the life of me. Just seen him Yesterday too. lol
TASC is also at that location. i've done UA's with them since they were in the ghetto on Federal, then on clarkson. i lost count of parole officers.

maybe. went out to a bar with my gf's mother and brother. a biker bar here in denver. long story short, i'm playing pool and this moron comes up behind me and rips my shirt off. i mean literally. grabbed it from the back collar and ripped it off. i still don't know why he did this, but i lost myself completely. now, the deal is, the whole bar backed me up and they all stated it was self defense. problem: i'm on parole. bigger problem: assault was 1 of the reasons. the police officer (who was actually really cool) has to notify my parole officer what happened. 1- i'm in a bar, which is a no-no. 2- i had been drinking, although i wasn't drunk. 3- in my younger days, i had a big problem with fighting. 4- i just completed 3 years of anger management classes only to get in a fight not long after. i've done really well on parole for 5 straight years without any blemishes. i'm just nervous that elements of life and past history are going to work against me on this one. my PO called me and wants me to come to the office tommorow.
i wouldn't go.... hire a lawyer first

even if so, i'm done in february. it would still wreck things though. i finally have a decent job, which any ex-con knows is like gold. you a correctional officer?
kinda sorta, small time though.. no federal stuff

Im a dispatcher for the city I live in, and also have the jail to take care of... I hate seeing guys like you come through...

so your probate was up in Feb!? **** man, thats some shitty timing

IF ANYTHING YOU'LL MAX OUT YOUR PAROLE.... your time will run out in febuary. no new charges no additional time added. hell, that's short time. i know you can do 3 months on your head. think of it that way.... short timmer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

5 years on parole is prety hefty. What all were you charged with to get you incarcerated initially?

Either way, while on parole it just isn't wise to go to these types of places. Even if you aren't drinking and making a scene, everyone else is and chances of getting wrapped up in it unintentionally increase(as you found out). Unfortunately it is no ones fault but yours.

what if you were in his shoes?

I dunno man....people make mistakes while others seem to feed on it.
Honestly,` i wouldn't be in his shoes, If my parole says don't go to bars, I won't be going to bars, simple as that.

for people like mikeoftulsa, perception is that people don't deserve chances or time to change without trying to take a piece of them for making a mistake. it's those small people that i like to avoid.

i think you've been given many chances, however you choose to put yourself in a situation of violating your parole over and over, in my opinion, I don't think you deserve yet another chance. If you don't like my opinion, to bad. I'll say it again, you choose the actions, you choose the consequence assuming there will be a consequence for you violating your parole.
