I know exactly what you are saying, but remember courtesy is no longer very common.

Every week I pick up a 20 gallon garbage bag full of trash that people throw under my hedge as they walk by on their way to the main road and bus stop. They are simply to **** ignorant or stupid to know any better. And that isn't going to change
