Go with Eminence Mids Or Components? HELP!!

yo i am trying to better my mids and hi's. i have a power acoustik gothic 800 watt 4 channel amp.I have channels 1 & 2 powering a pair of Hollywood Sound Lab components(6.5"). i am replacing my 6x9's in the bach dash. but need help. plz advise me. i was wondering whether to go with another pair of components, either 4 or 2 ohm, each could be wired to a channel, or run 2 8" Eminence mids by bridging the amp. the eminence are 8 ohms, bridge to get a 4ohm load.also if i go with the eminence i wod run a pair of tweeters,but power them through the deck. PLZ HELP ME!! oh one thing, since i have a pair of components in the front doors, can i just run the Eminence 8's in the back and bridge the amp to power them, or will i need tweeters for the 8's?

What do you wish to accomplish with these speakers?

The front speakers should be your primary focus. If you are a "rear fill" kind of person, and wish to retain rear fill, then I would suggest sticking with a quality co-axial speaker.

So, I wouldn't recommend going with either of the options you presented. Rather look into a good quality co-axial driver.

But your Eminence idea isn't a good option at all, so I would completely erase that from the list.

I would also suggest that if you are wanting better overall sound, to look into upgrading your front speakers rather than the rear speakers.
