ok im going to try to build a box while my amp is going back for warranty to keep me busy. i need to know when i gule the box should i wait for the glue to dry before i screw it together or glue and screw at the same time ?

Glue clamp it in place then screw and then the screws act as your clamps

if you make good straight and orthogonal cuts and you got a second person to help, you dont even need clamps.

Depending on the enclosure and the design, If you build the enclosure in the right order you dont even need a second person except for maybe attaching the first 2 panels together.

once you glue a piece, screw it for support. the screws are not solely to hold the box together, but do help when your waiting for the glue to dry and do provide some support for the box.
