Well...you want a quick reaction...you could make a very large Co2 bomb (or 5). Not sure if you have ever done it, but the explosion is LOUD.

Take a large container made of PLASTIC (anything else can lead to an actually bomb) Fill it about 1/2 full of water maybe a tad more....load it with dry ice....seal it, throw it and then RUN.

fill a emty beer keg with sode and take it to school and fill old beer bottels up and drink in the parking lot.

leave some blow in the teachers lounge and then plant some in a teacher's purse. When they find the blow you left out tell them you saw that teacher doing some earlier and watch as hilarity ensues when they search her purse.

Aye X100 on that. Man.....anything but plastic leads to cuts...I've torn my hand up even using plastic because I didn't throw it fast enough. We have made some stuff fly pretty high with it too.

You throw that in the hallway though and they will think a bomb went off for sure.

man..... now that you said the bomb part, i may rethink that. it would have been harmless in my day, but today, they might wanna throw someone in the federal prison. how times have changed

Give the principal a sedative, drag him to his car...cover him in alcohol put him in his car and run the car through some glass...when they get to him he will be all wabbly from the pills and smelling like the drink.

It's funny, and he did say he would go to jail. Since distributing **** to minors can be a pretty big deal, may not be the best way to go. Not to mention the lawsuit for putting teachers in ****** positions.

Fraud? That being said, if your under 18, you would get out ok. Unless they tried you as an adult.
