GIVE ME A HAND 8" Subs

My friend has a 98 Jeep Wrangeler

Well he has no ****ing space, and he wants something veyr small, so we decided on an 8 (1 maybe 2)

I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO GET

I have a few eclipse 8's

They sound great, but im not giving them up

I was thinking a w3 8

but for the price they sell for

might as well get a 10 or 12

If I was your friend I would a Kicker L7 8" those kick ***, plus they're square so the hole's alot easier to cut, So you could put them in alot of places!

I honestly didnt think kicker made an L7 8"

that would definatly ultize his space better

whats the air requirements on it?

L5 also very good (less power hungry)

i also am inlove with CDT audio's new subs

cdt will say that its totally awesome ..i say they are good but will lack what the l5 has in output. my friend deals in cdt (thanks to me) but after stephen lubin left cdt they have a new guy running it that , pardon my french...doesnt seemingly know a great deal about things. he tried telling me about "powerful sound" isnt audiophile sound then tried to preach to me about amps and how i cant hear.....Now i know i am not the best S.O.B. going but i have alot better than average resume to what i do and have done sound wise...my old car took i took 4th at sbn and second at midwest regionals (iasca '97) i also would have been points champion in my region if the shows would have turned in all the sheets. i learned from lynn whitaker and kirk perry .... went to college (purdue EET), had my own car audio distributorship, was a manufactures rep , i work and have worked retail for years at car audio. i also sold "audiophile" home audio also b &w , boston accoustics, system audio, definitive technologies, tube amps from "homemade to tube cd players. anyhow all i have to really say to this is when someone tries telling you something you KNOW isnt right or is just an opinion that works against you..droppem like a bad habit all they will do is mess up what you want.
