Why are they wasting so much money to learn more about the creation of the universe, when they have to do is pray and ask God?

What makes you think that religion is the "correct path"? Perhaps the religious people are the ones who are "misguided"?Both sides can have argue the same thing, neither side will win.

Many times. Often he is answering but people refuse to listen. That isn't so uncommon. Many people in general don't listen to anything and ignore the cautions around them on a daily basis.
