Hey, If you are willing to make the trip and spend the money, sure, I would also, actually I was just about to do the same over a set of CAL 26's. I was just posing the question. Just know that without the law there is very little you can do without getting yourself in trouble also. so I would strongly suggest you contact the law and have all your proof prior to hedding his was.

If you get the law involved and he does not have what you paid for, he will be arrested for fraud. And that can turn out to be more expensive than hospital bills.

I got the sub he had promised, TC 5200 and that was only a week late no biggie. I think he was having some problems at home from what he said I was so surprised to hear from him I was so upset about it . I never reall had anyone scam me especially me being as honest as I am. Anyhoo I got it but two of the magnets were cracked look like it was dropped, just hard enough to crack two rings. It isn't all that bad the pieces aren't falling apart and everything else looks ok I thing I just throw some epoxy on it and run it. Nobody can say it was FedEx because it was shipped in a wood crate and inside the sub was surrounded by foam, really nice actually.
