i had a horrible experience with him too. He said he was going to buy my PG tantrums and said he would send the MO out. Then he said he sent it out and i waited 2 weeks for it, i needed the cash for books and tuition so i couldn't afford to wait and i kept asking him if he sent it or not. I told him if i didnt get the MO by a certain time i was going to post them back up. he responded with "i checked the MO number at the post office and they said it has been cashed" i responded with asking him for a picture of the reciept and the MO number and i never got a response back.
