A buddy of mine did the same thing with his power wire for his audiobaun system that he thought was the shit. Like two weeks after he installed it the car burned to the ground he couldnt figure out why haha!

u should have cut the wire. kuz u know we all cary tools in the car with us. right now i have a jack, drill, socket set, wire strippers, trust rubber malet. i once saw a car when i was leaving a college one time in the same model car as min and he had his power rcas and remote running mid air from the hu to the trunk with the wires tucking in threw the top of the rear seat, made me laugh.

i did a similar thing but mine runs under the hood thru that little crevice and out next to the glove box... still isn't safe but it's the best i could do
