pretty respectable for a daily driver setup...build a box for pure spl and see a good 3-5db gain, maybe more if you know what you're doing.

you can try putting stuff inside the box to take up space. a smaller box with the same port will raise the tuning....what's the net ft^3 and what do you have it tuned to right now?

I was messing around with some calcs and if he has 8ft^3, and lowers it down to 7ft^3, he'll raise the tuning by about 2.5hz....might give him another db or two at 46hz.

i cant remeber exactly but the box it 14" tall the part between the wheel wells is 38x14 and the part infornt is 53x19

yeah, you've got about 10ft^3 before any displacement. so you have probably around 8.5 after all displacement...try filling up another ft^3 and it'll raise your tuing a little, and give you a better peak at 46hz...

2x4's, bricks...preferably something heavy that you won't have to glue down in order for it to stay in one place..................bricks.

bricks couldnt something come off of them and mess up the voice coils

i ended up finsihing in second with a 146.1 i got beat by a crx with 4 dd 10"s and two 4 thousand watt hifonics amps. he hit a 158.9 i think he set the nspl no wall 25-48" class record.
