Work out 4-5 days a week. Still eat a burgerfor dinner during the week but in that same day have a salad for lunch.
Or eat less. Like kids meal sized portions fallowed by a salad or some veggies
Ive lost about 5lbs in 3 weeks.
Im not HUGE but ive got a gut.
