the worst is you have a bike and you come out of some store or gas station to see some punk kid on your bike pretending to be in a full tuck going 150.....i swear i was gonna smack the last kid that did it but his mom was there watching him. I really wanted to yell at the bltch mother for letting her kid sit on my bike...but she apologized before i got the chance to bltch out her and her son.

i was at work (circuit city) and my car is parked right out front. i guess i was working on this DIRTY *** WHITE TRASH CAR TODAY and they put it on while iw asnt looking.

im going active on this issue (flyers on cars)

the property manager that owns the shopping center (and subsequently.. the parking lot) clearly states no soliciting.

so im gonna let them know, and im gonna get every single one fined that i find, even if its on other peoples cars. im gonna beat this shit in our lot

I called a Cingular Wireless location that had flyered my car - I went into Meijers for like ninety-fu*king seconds.

I called the Meijer about it, I called the property manager about it, I called the Cingular Wireless ***** about it;

Know what she said? "I'm just tryin' to make a buck - it's not illegal. If you don't believe me, call 911 and ask."

This ***** was dead serious. my jaw dropped. she actually thinks calling 911 is a good way to seek legal council.

a lot of you may not have called 911..

but i have.

and when I did,

it was busy.

which was very unfortunate for the person on whose behalf I was calling.

And so to think, it was busy, because some twit was calling to find out 'when the game starts,' or for legal advice, or to find out if their 'refridgerator was running' .. makes my blood boil.

it is infact illegal, because if there is a no soliciting sign (which there probably is) the property manager probably was the one who put it there. the one who owns the property sets the rules, if they say u cant solicit and you do... they can fine you.
