I can not wait until I can get a pair of these 15's and run them on the AQ 2000's. If they are better than the original HD3 I will be more than satisfied. The only problem is I still have 2 HD3 15's and I do not see them failing anytime soon. I guess I can have a pair of both. What would be a good amount of power to send one of these 15's for daily groundpounding, 2-3kws or more. Should the new AQ 2000's, one amp per sub do them justice? I did not feel like reading the whole thread, so how does this compare to the BTL?

To gain some clearance an to get the motor away from the wall why not jus make some small baffles(prob not the right term). Make like 1 or 2 3/4" squares with the cut out diameter an place on the box. Will add bout another 1.5", might not look the best but it could help until you do make the new box.
