generic rca ?

im going to install my new hu and run 2 pairs of 2 channel rca cable i bought from murrays auto zone. will the quality of the rca cables affect SQ? they look like pretty decent cables, super cheap.

if not i will run to radioshack and pay 50$ for 20 ft compared to 15$ for 20 ft.

I just bought some Streetwires zero noise 2.0 and musica Y cables for under $2 each. I expect no problems. Sure it's not the high end ZN6 or better. But it doesn't matter much.

Get anything of quality. Or make your own.

use 12 ga. multi strand and twist (with a drill) -- then solder your own ends... use different colors that match your interior... custom job, low cost, and the twisted pair help reduce RF interference. This is how I do it and it WORKS! for my budget.
