General HU/ EQ question

I noticed my kenwood KDC X791 headunit actually has Bass center frequency (40hz-150hz), Bass Q factor (1.0-2.0), and Bass extend (on/off) in the EQ settings.

I'm running coaxials and 1 12" claw mag in a 2.0cu ft box tuned to 33hz. I have my lowpass filter for the sub set to 60hz and the high pass on the coaxials at 60hz. I listen to rap, rock, metal etc.

I know this is more preference than anything, but what's a good ballpark for these bass settings? I tried messing with them but can't really tell if it sounds better one way or another, I have too many diff factors involved.
