How much does this limit me if I purchase the Sapphire card? Also, would my power supply be upgradable?

Yeah your psu is upgradeable. Look for a nice antec psu...ive always had good luck with antec cases and PSU. Not too expensive either.

As for those cards: eVGA's fan is loud and the build quality is ... meh.

will that be fine for gaming? oh yea got him an athlon 64 3700 san diego chip too and 2 gigs of OCZ RAM. can i overclock the vid card, processor, and RAM or will it just not be necessary?
