Gametap question

For those that have this or had on their computer, I just got mine installed. However, I'm seeing squares where the words should be on gametap itself such as clicking on a game, which is a blank screen and when I choose arcade, 8-bit, etc. Has anyone experienced this and is there a way to fix it??

Ok how do I go about doing this?? Step by step...I'm not at all a computer genius.

first off go to the manufactures website for your gpu and get the drivers.

I have no idea what brand it is....like I said, I'm not computer illiterate....wish the hell I was.
