FYI: DHL Blows!

Like FedEx, DHL drivers are independent contractors. UPS is better because they are employees of UPS. At least in my area, you never know which FedEx/DHL level of quality you are going to get day in and out. FedEx has like 5 different drivers in my area (Ground/Air/Home/etc.) and the DHL guys are never the same, always a new guy.

USPS tracking is worthless. It is only delivery confirmation. They have the data and track each package, they just don't allow the public to see the data. I have talked with high level USPS technical people and they confirm this and are just as annoyed by the restriction as the public is. They always get questioned why they can't do what UPS does, when in fact they can.

Were you the shipper or the receiver? They only write checks to the shipper. If you bought stuff and had it shpped to your, then they will pay the company that shipped your stuff. They will then either refund you or reship your stuff.

Your contact should be with the shipper, not UPS.
