I'm pissed at DHL's sub-par service. I ordered some brake rotors and pads like a week ago, and was told they would be packaged and shipped within 2-4 busineent out after five days, which is fine by me, considering I ordered them on a Friday. The estimated date of delivery, according to DHL's website, was 11/14/08. They were picked up from the business I bought them from in Cali on the 12th, and 2 days later they get to Texas. This morning (11/15/08), they FINALLY departed the Texas hub. That was 2:57 AM, and I check the number again, and there's no new info. So in almost 24 hours they don't have anything new to report?

Shit's ridiculous. It's looking as if they're going to be taking 150% longer to ship than they estimated, unless they deliver on Sundays.

I hope I get a complimentary hooker along with those brake parts. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

sometimes the date of shipping,,, as entered by the shipper is not actual and sometimes it is the shipper that is responsible for the fail... Other times it is the shipping agent/courier that has failed. Are you just sitting around pissed at DHL because of what you see on your internet shipping status or do you know FOR SURE that the original shipper did not just create an online shipping label and didnt get your sh!t out the door in time??????

regardless, you should already know, unless you are living in a redneck cave, that DHL USA. (of course owned by Deutsche Post) has decided to discontinue their north american express operations.) They will continue their international package delivery service and logistical programs based in the USA but,,, no more express shipping domestically in the usa.

FYI!?!?!?!?

they take a long time to update.. but yes i will never use dhl again due to these(yes same pics as always for the dhl threads)

The lameness continues. Left the DHL facility at 8:07 AM like 30 minutes from my house, and it says "with delivery courier". Still no brake parts. Come the f**k on, how much stuff could you POSSIBLY put into one of those vans that would cause my package to take almost 12 hours to deliver, from a facility only 30 minutes from my house?
