Yeah, they are trying to get the olympics here so they have to raise money somehow. It used to be a 25 dollar ticket, now it's $250? And I never got fined for my tints, but they would stop you some of the times and check your insurance and all of that.

If I remember correctly it was 80 something 2 or 3 years ago. I was pissed cause the bastard pulled me over for 68 in a 65 and proceeds to tell me your tint is over the legal limit.

i don't see the problem with the cost boost.

you shouldn't have front windows tinted in the first place. if you do, knowing the cost of the ticket, then it's YOUR problem.
