Okay, here's my snide comment now.
Show me a new car dealership that doesn't have a service department and I'll call that car superior to all others. Until then, they all break.

All I know is that, my wife has had her car for almost 4 years now. I also know that if anything breaks in the next 6 years it's still covered under warranty. I think I can live with that. That's standing behind a product and your customers.

Oh, and you want a ***** of a car to install a stereo into, try a BMW, Audi or any other high priced offering. Go ahead and call them crap as well.

UPDATE:

got the system in. finally broke down an took the LOC out of my gfs car an used it on the speaker leads on the factory amplifier. the biggest pain in the *** was drillin the hole through the firewall, im 6'2 270 an i just couldnt get it by drillin through the inside so i moved to the engine bay where it was just as much a pain in the *** bc the engine compartment is **** small an cramped. after about 30 minutes of fightin the **** thing i got it.

i hate usin the LOC bc the bass is no where near as loud as it is when its hooked to the Pioneer. o well, ill just have to **** it up until i get new components an amp to power them with. ill post up pictures of it tomorrow. its messy as hell but it works. one good thing about the **** car is that the alternator is hella stronger than the one in my Regal. hardly any dimming when im bumpin it full blast.

next project now is goin to be 4 Kicker ZX750s on 4 Massive CW15s in a 16cuft wall.

Some times you have to work with what you have. The santa fe's arent to shabby on the inside. Their alright, I test drove one, the passenger seat and stuff just felt like it didn't have as much room as others. But I wouldnt hate on it.

I totaled my regal back in april an my mom an i had been lookin around to see what i could get with the insurance money. well she found a 2k GMC Sierra ext cab with 40k miles an the wanted 12,500 after tt&l an my insurance would have been enough to pay half of it right there. but she opted to take the money an use it to pay off her car, the santa fe, an she would just get a new one. so thats what we did. i asked if i could trade it in an she said no. i guess she looked at that i totaled my half of the car so the claim money was hers. so i blew 6k an she got her money back. if that makes any sense.
