future sub and amp help

here in the next few months i want to get a another amp for a pair of subs, but my car already has one amp(2channel for speakers) in it. how do i go about adding that extra amp when i already have one power wire on the battery and the rca cables occupying the only set on the HU

isnt there an attachment out the that can split one power wire into four different ones?

and what about the RCA cables

Y spliter if you HU only has one output.. You mean a disto block.. Look at the kit and get whatever you dont have just make sure you run the right gage for your rms

okay correct if im wrong please--- the 8 gauge now only has 400 rms max, i already have the one amp pushing 50 rms to each speaker ( 100 total ), then the amp im lookin at pushes 250 rms per sub (500 total) so i need a gauge that can handle 600 rms? so i do need an upgrade in gauge??

8g is good up to like 800w.

yeah if i bought the good brand i only bought the scosche because its just an entry level amp and speaker set up ---that has peak max of 680 and rms max of 400.

Get a good brand and you will be fine.. That kit I put up ^^^ will be good for a nice future upgrade and a hella good price.. Its 4 awg to 8awg
