ok theres a guy at work (that I have posted about before) that "tried" to tell me last night that fusion audio makes the best subs on the market right now. . .

I said they may have the best sells right now(?) but not the best subs. . .

he says no they have the best subs what do you have . .

I say ascendant audio. . .

he says never heard of em ??????

and says I'm tellin ya fusion f~ing pounds and they have the best subs.

thats why they have so many sells and I can get you a top of the line 12" sub for under $100 from fusion .( of course thats not why they have so many sells if they do).

I say I can name a ton of subs better than fusion. . . like adire and e designs and re and this guy is just smacked with confusion. . .

and says I never heard of that stuff before, but I like pyle and fusion and american legacy(pyle). my buddy has an ordering catalog.

and I say, to each his own bro but there is way better. . . pyle and fusion are definitly not top of the line!

I know they aren't top of the line, but isn't fusion a level or 2 above pyle and legacy? I thought the reason we don't see much of them over here is because they are based out of Australia.

Though I haven't played with any personally, I've heard from pretty respectable sources that the upper-end Fusion stuff is actually very good. Not the "best" on the market (there's no best anything), but they are pretty decent stuff.

Fusion is above 'decent' IMO....they make all around great products, and actually will be distributed towards higher end retailers. Fusion should not be associated with Pyle/Legacy in any way, shape, or form.

Their is no best company, or best sub. Your friend made a pretty bold statement. I love pg, memphis, mmats, and many others, but I wouldnt say that any of them has the best product out on the market.

i halve to agree with that statement. I guess in the end if it's your setup, and you like it. thats all that matters. . . I just hate when people jump of the cliff with statements like that and fusion may be pretty good and all but this guy really thinks that pyle and american legacy stuff are like out of this world products ,and they are just not. oh well I guess thats his deal. I dont need to worry about what he thinks.

with his $30 american legacy "1000 watt 10" subs. what an f~ing moron! yeah thats his claim to fame $30 "1000 watt subs(and claims thats rms). that would probably blow apart at less than half of that wattage.

I have not been impressed with the Fusion line. I've heard them, even benched my own subs against them. I think for the price they are very nice woofers, but to call them the best is just nonsense.
