my brother is a schizo.

hes been to jail i dont know how many times, and has a drug problem.

just recently he was arrested for drunk in public for about the 5th time.

he resisted arrest.

his pants and boxers fell off in the struggle.

Mr. Professional tried to be funny and made a joke about his penis size.

Schizo brother got pissed and spit in his face.

Stuffed some kind of bag over his head so he couldnt spit.

Schizo brother was pissed off.

Cop said, "if i take it off will you promise not to spit anymore?"

Brother said "yes"

Mr. Professional removes bag.

Brother spits in face again.

Brother goes to jail and recieves a Felony charge for spitting on an officer.

California is great.

i wouldnt say hes a moron. i would say hes a phycho.

have you seen faulktons thread about the "creep" in class? hes like that but not to that extent.

he does moronic things, but he has serious mental issues besides the schizo diagnosis they gave us. im kinda on the fence of calling him a moron (which i have done), and feeling bad for him.

but yea, he got charged a felony for spitting on a cop. this isnt the first time hes resisted arrest though. the ONLY problem i have with this is Mr. Professional's instigative (hope thats the right word) remark. is there no professionalism in the work place anymore?

resisting arrest? thats your fault bro. but you are drunk, so hopefully you dont feel them kicking your *** too much. just go in peace, fight the issue in the courts.

i think he was just pissed off at the cops remark. and being mentally unstable doesnt help making good decisions. i personally wouldnt have spit on him, but i sure as hell wouldnt expect a felony charge if i did.

prowler: yea i wasnt kidding actually. either way im as shocked as anyone about the felony charge. i only found this out about 15 mins ago. up until that point it was just the story that he was in jail for the past 3 weeks for drunk in public and resisting arrest for like the 1000th time, then he got his *** kicked by his cell mate for looking at him (hes mentally ****ed, can you blame him?) and getting staples in his head, and that was it.

i only found out about the rest of the story now, since my mom was a little woozy from the meds of surgery. tried to hide the facts from me lol

No the felony charge is extreme. they consider nearly anything as assault nowadays it seems.

yea, he has gotten a battery on an officer charges as well.

it happened when he was drunk of course, and again resisting arrest, and when he was trying to pull himself away from the cop car, he accidentally scratched an officer with his finger nail. battery charge. so even something small will get you screwed.

he is a **** up too, no denying that. and im not asking for pity or anything. if you break the law, and they come to arrest you, why not just get in he ****ing car? it looks a lot better for you in the long run in the courts. however i am sober and not screwed up in the head, so maybe being drunk and crazy might change that lol.

hes just got crazier and crazier over the years. im not sure how the felony shit will go though. he has a court date coming up, so well see. my mother has tried to get him mandatory treatment, so i am pretty much going to guess that this they will drop it to a misdemeanor (like the other times hes been arrested) if he agrees to mandatory treatment. or at least i hope so.

edit: i forgot to mention, he has told my mother he has been hearing voices and shit like 5 years ago //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. these are the reasons i feel bad for him, as i HOPE he wouldnt do this shit if he was normal.
