Sorry I don't really care about reviews from what others think about the speakers so I didn't click the speaker review link... I have compared many speakers and these are designed rather well for the price that I am asking. I don't personally care for Audiobahn as much as I brands like JL and Kicker L7's but these are pretty good speakers actually and if you have questions about the speakers and the different wiring configuration capabilities, I would be happy to explain how it all works, but it is rather in depth... so call and I can explain. I do not have time to explain through email because it would consist of basically writing a book. You can virtually double the power driving DVC speakers, unlike the limitations of a single voice coil speaker. To most common folks who do not understand the science and physics of the audio world, it's easier to tell them it is like having 4 speakers instead of 2 because that's all they can understand and it is true for the most part when you compare in the real world with identical scenarios using the same power amplifier. It's almost like horsepower with cars when it comes to "bench racing" comparing that to real world drag strip times. Having 1,000HP is good for talking smack on the boards but the track is the proving ground that the 1,000HP is really being put down to the ground. I've been doing this for a long time and have a degree in electronics engineering so if you need better explanation, just call. Thanks. -Paul

I dont think laughing at this guy's logic over multiple voice coils means anyone here is suggesting they never owned crap subs themselves. I certainly know I never implied that, because I owned some real pathetic equipment when I was a kid.
