Only a few people know that not only do Funky Pups use hollow wire for the voice coil windings, but the hollow wire actually helps align the posiquads within the vacuum inside the wire. Perfect posiquad aligment is critical to keep the microcurrents constant throughout stroke, which results in hyper dB's (yes, Funky Pup discovered Hyper dB's before Pyramid did - Pyramid is a dirty thief).

on a serious note....why dont a sub company make a entry level spl sub and put the old funky pup logo on it and some bright red (almost pink)baskets ..and call it the funky pup series...that would be nice to pay homage to them

just find out who has the rights to the logo and the name and see if it can go down..only make a limited amount
