fultron memphis belle mb-17 600/6 questions and will it do 3 ohm bridged?

picking up a fultron 600/6 belle and was wondering if any one has used or played with these amps?

are they underated? i find some info of people saying the last 2 channels bridged can do well over 700 watts rms at 4 ohms.

will that amp handle a 3 ohm load bridged on a w7 12?

is it a regulated power supply? only info on diymobile says ratings at 12.5 volts
