Fultron(memphis) 4 channel

I just got a Fultron 4 channel amplifier.(Memphis' old name).

4 channel, 55x4... MX220-4 model. 9.5/10 condition..fully working.

Does anyone have any information about this amplifier? Theirs almost nothing about it on google or yahoo. Is it under-rated, over-rated..any body have any knowledge of it?

I'm going to hook it up to see what it sounds like.. I just want to see if anyone here has any experience or reviews on them..and theirs nothing on amp guts about Fultron either..
