Hello,

I have almost new 12" TC-9 subwoofer, wich I would like to trade for mono amplifier.

I bought it couple monthes ago, but used like for a week or two.

I am thinking about old school Rockford Fosgate 1001bd amp or similar. I consider different options like cash adjustment in both direction if items are unequal values. I may just sell the sub, make me offers.

SOLD thanks to tRdoc.

coil config, pics with username and refs?

Also, is this the black metal cone or the silver one? I have 2 black ones, might consider adding a 3rd if it's a dual 4 ohm. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It has black metal cone, and dual 4 ohms.

Will try to make required pics.

As for refs. I am relatively new to car audio stuff, but already not that dumb (I think) in the area. I can give my ebay user name to check. I had some selling/trading activity on other forums, not audio related, but do not know if it helps.

If the person who I will be trading with has good refs, I can ship first and wait the moment it arrives to recipient.

I've got an AB xd1800 I might consider trading you if you add some cash... I'm thinking of a bigger amp for 3 TC9s.

Interested, or you just want to sell it outright?

looks like xd1800 suitable for low ohmage (read multiple subs), but I prefer single sub options for my setup (2-4ohms), do not do competitions. I will pass it.

I can just sell my sub and buy the amp for these money.

I have a jbl 600.1 I'm willing to trade you for the 9. LMK. It does a clean 671 wts or so anywhere between 1 and 2 ohms.

vitveet,

right now I have Infinity Reference 611a, which I believe is brother of jbl you suggest. I want to replace it with something little beefier.

So then the sub is gone? If not, I'm interested in buying it...
Not yet, I have not heard from vitveet about his final decision.

Do not know, what is the ethic here, should I wait for him some reasonable time or should we go ahead and talk about the deal. I think first firm commitment gets the sub. About the price, PM me or we can talk right here.

I paid full price for it from TC like $250, before they have a sale. Now that sub is gone (out of stock).

Eh, well if you're looking for anything close to what you paid, then I'm out. I paid $160 each for mine shipped with warranties, so I was thinking in the $125 range. No offense, just that's kinda how things go once they get blown out by the manufacturer.

Sure I am not intended to collect every penny I paid and want to be realistic. I was thinking about $150+shipping. Besides you can not buy them any more and TC is going to rise prices like 30-50%.

I prefer to trade for an amp it may be better for both parties.

I am not sure what do you mean by "how things go once they get blown out by the manufacturer".

And no offense taken the price is right only when item is being on market and somebody is going to pay for it.
