Used this for 2 weeks, bought it hoping I would be able to use it to get better mileage, turns out I'm already driving as efficiently as possible, so I don't really need this.

It's as close to new as used gets!

I got the velcro with it, can include it, I had to use 3M Super 90 spray glue to adhere it though, the adhesive was not good.
