Up for sale is a set of brand new 10" JL Audio Woofers with a center slot ported enclosure.

They are the 10W3-4, not even a month old. Have all paperwork & warranty info. Hit, loud, clean, and perfect. Will take 500 watts RMS each.

since they have been used they are not "brand new" anymore, they are used.

You would be correct, technically they are used, in brand new condition. Used for less than a month and not abused.
