Bought this to use on my PDXs which have a low noise floor. These guys are used in most systems to boost the input voltage from your headunit/processor going to your amplifiers, therefore allowing more output at a lower gain setting.

System plans changed, never even got to use this. Selling it as I don't really have a use for it anymore.

Don't pm me asking questions or bs'ing because I flat out don't have time. I'm pretty busy with building a house so I don't need the back and forth.

If you have a legit question, though, feel free to ask.

I'm curious how this works. I have a AVIC-N4 with a really lower voltage output. All I do is hook between the HU and he amp and it'll boost the voltage from 1.5v to what?

Would this be better then having an KQ9 EQ?

it just increases the output voltage, yes.

don't know about the kq9 ... that's an EQ. the line driver is not an EQ.

You put this between your headunit and your amps to increase the voltage your amps see from the preouts, therefore giving you stronger signal and allowing you to keep your amp’s gains down (thus lowering noise floor).

PDX’s are pretty bad for noise floor so I bought it for that. But, I never even used it because I pulled my entire system Monday and sold the amps and processor.
